The Controllers- SnackBot, developed and refined during MoonBattle Season 2,
has earned an opportunity to compete at the
MoonBattle Conference 2024 in Milpitas, Silicon Valley

Designed to provide you with a higher level of convenience, the SnackBot is a robot programmed with cutting edge technology, which is sports fans’ ticket to distraction-free entertainment. The SnackBot will assist in bringing your food to you so that you can enjoy food AND the game, and not have to choose between both! You can order on the SnackBot app, insert your order and seat number, and the Snackbot will deliver to you seat. Yes, it’s that simple!

The Problem

Have you ever been to a sporting event? If you have, you would be familiar with the anxious environment and long lines.

Long concession lines can lead to customers missing crucial parts of the game.
30% of fans globally said that being able to stay in their seats was the best possible way to enhance food experience at sport events.
According to prnewswire.com, 59% of fans would buy more food if the wait times were cut in half.

These are the aspects of the problem that we are trying to solve.

The Solution

To solve our problem we are presenting you the SnackBot. SnackBot will deliver tasty snacks and drinks from the concession store to your row, which will save you so much time.
You don’t have to worry about the payment process because SnackBots are also specialised for taking cash and if you wanna pay by card you can pay through our app. Bonus, SnackBot also has First Aid Kits in it all the time, in case of emergencies.

About Us

We are high schoolers, eager to make a difference in the world. As teenagers our favorite hobby is to go to concerts, games, broadway shows, stand up comedies and more. A common problem we all encounter is that these experiences last an extensive period of time and often leaves us hungry. However, that isn’t even the real issue, it’s the inconvenience of having to stand in long lines and risk missing major parts of the event. So we came up with a solution: The SnackBot. This robot is designed to bring snacks directly from concession stores to your seats assisted with a specialized app and website.

Food Services:-

Snacks will be picked from the concession store that will come right to your seat. There will tasty and delicious food items for a reasonable price because the cost of the food will depend on the stall and for the SnackBot, there will be an extra $5 fee on one order and an additional $8 for more than 20 orders.

Medical Kits:-

A lot of accidents may happen in game stadiums which will be a laborious and difficult process for medical professionals to assist during the chaos. SnackBot has drawers where the medical kits such as First Aid Kits and AED Kits will be located, so if there are any off duty medical professionals nearby the patient, they can easily access the kits and treat the patients.

Since a stadium is very crowded, we might need a huge amount of SnackBots.

It can be beneficial for us, for the stadium, and for the customers. It is a win-win!

Threats:-

A threat in the SnackBot would be that security and safety of the SnackBot. There are many people in the stadium and this can lead to damaged SnackBots.

There is a preorder app that coordinates with the SnackBot which can be downloaded on all devices.
You can choose the time you want your order and track it as well which comes right to your lane and is cost efficient.
The SnackBot comes with large metal containers, cup holders on top, and a huge screen where the customer can insert their special code from the app and take their food.

Our Product Price

After considering the quality of the product, its features, and satisfying customer needs, we were thinking of $1,500 for each SnackBot. However, we are planning to sell to our customers who are the stadium owners in sets of 2.

10 would be $15,000
Larger Quantities will come with a 20% discount which doesn’t come with smaller quantities.
With 20% discount off of the price for 10 snackbots, it would be $12,000.
