My idea is to create a bottle that automatically closes and opens to cool and preserves the temperature of the water. This could be helpful for people of old age to choose their water. This would use sensors to detect the temperature and close it as it reaches that temperature.
This product will use a temperature sensor placed on the lid of the water bottle to detect the temperature of the water. This is the value we will use to open or close the lid. There would also be a servo motor to physically open the lid. This would open it only if it is above a certain temperature. This would increase the thermal transfer of the water to the air surrounding the bottle. There would also be an LCD to display that would display the current temp of the water as well and the temperature set by the user to reach. There would also be three buttons on the bottle. Two are used to increase and decrease the set temperature while the other one is used to open and close the lid without the automation. I will also add two LEDs to show if it has reached the temperature one red and one blue.
