Kushal brings a wealth of diverse experience to the table, with over 12 years of industry expertise in tackling Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning (especially transformer models like BERT/GPT) at a Web scale. Additionally, he has 16 years of research experience in information retrieval and machine learning.
For the past 10.5 years, Kushal has been a valuable member of the Bing Ads team and takes the lead in driving quality and revenue improvement efforts through state-of-the-art techniques in Deep Neural Networks, Extreme classification, and Graph neural networks.
