Hrishikesh Sathawane, CMO of Sprouts AI, is a dynamic leader with 20+ years of experience driving strategy, innovation, and growth in the Cloud, Storage, and ClimateTech industry. He excels across Product, Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, and Team Leadership.
Hrishikesh believes in scouting for innovation, aligning customers and stakeholders, and driving proof of concept to commercialize innovation. In a role as Chief of Staff, he took charge of EVP’s strategic projects, evaluating options and ensuring their success.
Beyond his professional achievements, Hrishikesh is a Social Impact investor, supporting programs that provide basic needs for low-income children, enabling them to attend school instead of working as child laborers. He has also funded a groundbreaking film to normalize LGBTQ+ stories in mainstream Bollywood.
