Ninad Kapre, a visionary leader, has forged an exceptional career path and currently, he leverages his business acumen as a Partner at 100X.VC—a pioneering VC firm dedicated to investing in early-stage startups, to back 100 startups annually.

As the first institutional investor in startups, 100X.VC utilizes iSAFE notes, an innovative investment mechanism it introduced in India.

Previously, Ninad served as the MD & CEO of Aptech Ltd. and as the MD of CA Technologies, a renowned US-based software products leader.

A stalwart in the industry, Ninad contributed significantly as the Chairman of the Western Region of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) for 2017-18.
In addition to his illustrious career, Ninad is the author of the insightful book “BOND to BABA,” which delves into effective business strategies.
