Lily and Max were having a yummy pizza for lunch. The pizza was divided into 8 equal slices. Each slice was like a little triangle of deliciousness.
Lily was very hungry and wanted to know how many slices she could have. She counted the slices she had, and there were 3 of them. So, Lily’s slices were 3 out of the 8 equal slices.
