Moonpreneur offers cancellation policies for its Robotics, App Development, Game Development, and Math programs to ensure customers have peace of mind when signing up for its courses.
The refund process can be initiated via the portal, by using a registered e-mail ID, or by calling the customer service number.

Cancellation and Refund of Monthly Subscriptions
The cancellation of the Monthly Subscription is straightforward. Once you cancel a monthly subscription, your subscription ends on the last day of the monthly cycle of your batch. You will not be charged after that.
The user understands that they shall be charged for entire months irrespective of his/ her attending sessions in a month. Even if a user does not attend all the required sessions in a month as per the program, he will be charged for the entire month.
Cancellation of Yearly Subscription
For the yearly subscriptions, the membership fee paid shall be reduced by the prevailing monthly subscription amount, and the rest of the amount shall be refunded.
For example, the membership fee for a program is viz. Upfront: $1149 and Monthly: $139. An upfront fee is paid. The User decides to cancel after 2 months. The refund shall be (Upfront Subscription Amount $1149)-[(Monthly Subscription Amount $139) x Months used 2)]= Refund Amount $871.
Cancellation of a Special offer of 1st Month subscription:
From time to time, Moonpreneur brings in a Free First-Month Subscription (upon payment of a $1 registration fee for the first month).
In such a case, if a user cancels the subscription, the access to the remaining session will be terminated right from the date of the cancellation.
Return of the Kit
Moonpreneur expects the subject to return the kit properly. In case the kit is not returned or incompletely returned or the kit is found to be damaged, torn or tempered, the amount of the kit shall be deducted from the Refund Amount.
Moonpreneur reserves the right to adjust statutory taxes, deductions, processing charges, and other government compliances with the refund as applicable.
