Make sure it fits snugly and that the balloon covers the end of the tube.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Step 4: Fill the Confetti:<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cut little squares of colorful paper (tissue paper or construction paper). These will be used as confetti.
